Exciting news…Danny competed in Rimini, Italy last week at the Global Chef Challenge and went on to win the Northern Europe heat!
Given just three hours and with the help of his commis chef, Harry Paynter-Roberts, from The Castle Hotel, Conwy, he cooked up a refined version of a three-course meal for six people, with a starter of Seared Scallop, Seabass Ceviche and Seabass Croquetta, Leek Ash Seasoned Veal Rump with Sautéed Kidney with Per las & Walnut Butter for main course and Chocolate Black Cherry Moelleux, White Chocolate and Griottine Cherry Custard with Crème Fraiche Sorbet for dessert!
This mean Danny take Wales into the final in Russia next year!
